“A very cool place!

Antiques on Broad is a packed-full-of-fun antique store located inside an old bank, and stepping inside feels like stepping into a treasure hunt through the past!

The coolest part? You never know who—or what—you’re going to run into around the next corner! 😄 We spotted Michael Jackson, Santa Claus, Mickey Mouse, Lucille Ball, Prince, James Dean, The Peanuts, Shirley Temple, and so many more familiar faces. The list seems endless!

Everywhere you look, there’s another piece of nostalgia with a story behind it. Cameras that captured yesteryear, skates that have rolled under limbo poles, and grandma’s cookie jars that have probably held countless homemade creations. There are vintage board games to play or display, uranium glass glowing in the corner, oil lanterns that are perfect for display or practical use during a power outage, and sleds just waiting to be transformed into a festive Christmas porch decoration.

We were even offered a refreshing drink while we shopped, which was such a thoughtful touch. ❤

One of my favorite parts was getting to walk into the old bank vault, which now holds formal gowns and accessories. It was so neat seeing that original part of the bank incorporated into the store!

The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and pleasant, making the whole experience even better.

“To say I found heaven on earth for cigar enthusiasts would be an understatement.
Chill, rustic lounge, solid selection of cigars for decent prices, friendly staff AND the opportunity to enjoy local artists. What more could you ask for?

“One floor with many booths where people can put up items for sale new and used. I go thru looking for Wii u guitar hero games. Lots of jeans jean shorts, shirts shoes. Pots and pans dishes u name it. Rock posters, personalized guitar picks and other doodads. Bored go thru this place kill and hour or more interesting.”

“Had this food right across the street from here. This place had great antiques. I heard it's haunted. But the food over at 217 will put your mind at ease. Honestly cooked, just like your grandma does. Bearded guy looked crazy but was hospitable. Will definitely return when I'm in town.”
