“I stopped by this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the parking, which can be a little difficult depending on the time of day. Other than that, the drop-off process was easy and convenient.

“Went in for notarization and to mail an object with an unusual dimensions. Staff helped immediately with the notary, explaining what was required in clear and simple terms. Assisted in finding an affordable option to mail a gift with unusual dimensions. Genuinely pleasant atmosphere and clean store.”
“Typical ups store usually in and out in minutes. Twice in 4 months I arrived to the store 15 minutes after it’s supposed to open and it’s not open. It’s clearly the employees not getting there on time. Some employees are friendly, some have headphones in and don’t greet you. Not that it matters for a quick Amazon return but worth noting not to show up at opening unless you want to risk waiting.”
“I went here on Sunday morning to do a Happy Return and buy a couple things. The Happy Return process was quick and easy, and then I started looking for the things I wanted to buy. After wandering for what felt like less than a minute, an employee asked if she could help and directed me to where the item was. The item was in a locked case so she said she'd come back and check on me in a couple minutes (I wanted to browse a bit first). Before she had a chance to come back another employee noticed me intently scrutinizing the display case and unlocked it so I could read the packaging and see if it had the features I wanted.
Normally shopping at stores with locked display cases is an exercise in frustration, but there were enough helpful employees on the floor to make it go smoothly.”

After going to multiple places that say they offer passport photos, like cvs and Walgreens just to find out when you arrive, that conveniently the person that does the photo is never working.
I googled passport photo near me and this place came up, yet it did not when I did I it on Google Maps.
Either way , the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. Walked in asked for a photo, 3 minutes later I was walking out with them in hand. Way better pricing than fed ex as well , only $13 for a set.
Will recommend everyone to go here for there services.”
“I have had the privilege and the pleasure of dealing with Postnet for over five years. I work in marketing and many times have had to deal with print shops, agencies etc. Postnet has always been there for me.
I can rely on them for notaries, package sending and printing and graphic design work. They have always been there for me and understand me and my life and business. Even if a mistake from a print shop happens- the owner Felice knows and immediately is there to fix the situation with grace and gratitude. Such a refreshing change from the big corporate places like FedEx and UPS.
They help with local community evants and their staff is always polite, professional and reasonable.
What a treasure of a local businesses that we all miss in today’s hustle and bustle.

“I cannot BELIEVE how good this place was just now. A very chill, slim fella with a great style greeted me at the door as he walked by but not in that fake way that sometimes happens in retail spaces, which was awesome. I was there with a label that I had printed to return something. The other man at the desk practically waved a magic wand and the transaction was complete. This was just so refreshing. I dreaded going out for an errand today, but this was a nice soft landing, haha. Very chill, but also extremely efficient. And they even have some useful stuff in the store that you can buy if you needed. I almost grabbed a flash drive while I was there, but I restrained myself.
