I finally spoke to Chris at the Berwyn branch and he was honest and worked hard to make it happen for me before the approval meeting I have on the 6th of this month.

“Everyone at this branch is always so nice. I have been banking at this branch for over nine years now. I got my mortgage with the finance person that comes into this branch. All of the tellers are always nice. All of the customer service reps are always nice and polite greet you when you walk in the door say goodbye when you’re leaving. I don’t know about anybody else experience at this branch, but I’ve always had a nice experience ever since I first opened my first account at Citizens Bank.”
