Set up phone appointment. Reminders were sent confirming the appointment and said they would call. They did not call.Edit: Called directly a different day and got Chris who was absolutely fabulous and helped me right away. Service is great, when you get through to someone.

Firstrust bank is a first class operation. Always friendly, always helpful. A real community bank. I have had a relationship with them for any years and have never had less than a wonderful experience. Their online banking is really convenient..the site is very well developed.
