“Very helpful and courteous staff all the way from the aisles to the counter. A very pleasant experience and a quick one too. This was my second time in this store, the prices are always reasonable, and all items of great quality! My whole family was able to get really good formal wear! From my son, husband and myself all under one roof! Amazing, to say the least! The fitting rooms may need a little glance over as it was a little untidy, but that was so minor as compared to all the good things this store has to offer. Otherwise, I highly recommend this store for formal wear and other clothes or accessories for the whole family.”

Charlie was so incredibly helpful, I wish I got the name of the other associate who helped my husband look at different suits. Charlie was insightful and helped me find over $100 in rewards (in my account) to help bring down the cost of my total purchase. They gave us refreshments as we shopped. I have shopped at Banana Republic for over 10 years and it was the best shopping experience I’ve had at a Banana Republic.”

Understand that the owners of the stores are doing their best to keep the store hours consistent but without the main owner who has passed away things became more complex than usual. “You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”
“Love this shop! I moved from Philly to Bryn Mawr and was excited to have a trendy thrift store with parking 3 minutes from my house! The music and atmosphere are great and I find it relaxing to browse around every few weeks and see what’s new. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly and the items span basic $3 bin stuff to higher-end name brand…all priced very fairly.I found a dress for my bridal shower, practically brand new high top Vans sneakers, cozy sweaters for winter, dress pants and a top for a holiday party. I love the benefits of buying used for the environment, the thrill of the hunt, and getting a lot for a little. Hope this place sticks around for years to come!
