Thanks to Rhonda, we departed having found our dream first couch! She helped us navigate the numerous displays and customization options the store provided, in a patient, empathetic manner. Rhonda's expertise ensured we walked out feeling excited and relieved. Additionally, the delivery process was seamless; the installation workers were professional and quick. We won't hesitate to shop at Raymour and Flanigan, or refer them to our friends, in the future!”

“My fiance and I went here today to just browse and I will say Derek was our sales man and he was Amazing!!! Not overwhelming or pressuring but knowledgeable and helpful at the pace we needed it. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a furniture store than I did here today, if you come by look for Derek , you won’t regret it!! We did buy a couch and were so excited to get it ! Manager was extremely helpful and easy to talk to as well !”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”

When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

Not only did Kazan ( the owner) spend plenty of time going over our options, he chose great looking fixtures which were delivered earlier than promised. When I came time for the installation, I contacted him with questions from our electricians. He answered the questions and emailed me instruction sheets for the electricians to use. That's service!!!”

It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed.
