“We just moved over to T Mobile from Verizon. We have 7 lines so it was quite complicated. I took two trade in phones in to the Burnham store and our bill ended up being wrong. It was indicating significantly more than the telephone associate had indicated. I was so upset I had them undo the trade in and I was prepared to switch back from T mobile. Khristaly worked with me and never became frustrated. She searched for a resolution. It was discovered that I was in the wrong plan. She was able to correct this reducing my bill to where it should have been. She worked with precision and knowledge and helped me get all my rebates. She has extensive knowledge of the system they work with and the services they offer. She saved the day and we are staying with T Mobile because of her expert customer assistance!! Thank you!!”

“I would have to say this is actually a great company from my personal experience. I needed a place locally to host my game server and it was flawless with Colocation. Between the people in the front and back working to make sure it could happen and deploy my machine early. It was a great experience, quotes were very far from Cody and Jaxon. They treated my equipment with great care and their connection is amazing they provided me for the purpose. Plus, they gave me exactly what I wanted and it meant a lot. I also liked the Noah person as well and the Jack person there they give you great fast service and do not fool you around and they know your time is just as valuable as theirs. You can see their amazing internet speed at local businesses like Downtown OIP and East End Coffee. They gave my desktop the same treatment and service for a great fair price. I actually hardly give 5 star reviews but if the service is this great it is well worth it. Everyone I talked to has been very professional and for the fact they let me do this project it meant a lot to me as a BSIT professional.”

“I am reviewing for one person at the AT&T store in Lewistown. His name is David. I accepted the "trade-in old phone for new S23" offer. I had a member of the store give me an extra line, never told me about the way AT&T would credit the free phone, nor discuss the HBO inclusion which I had already had with another internet provider. This was back in June, 2023. I spoke with 3 representatives from the main office, one each month trying to get this extra line removed from my bill, which was costing me about an extra $100 a month. The 5 star review is not for them. It is for a guy that works in the Lewistown retail store who helped me each time I had to go back and say, "David, it's still there." Today I respected his patience with me, his coolness with yet another representative from the main office, and his hopefully success at getting my bill reduced by the amount I was being charged for the extra line. We will see when my November bill appears. You go, David! Thank you for GREAT customer service!! AT&T, he deserves a raise!!!!”
