The hotel staff was slow and useless. First room they gave us was filthy. Urine in toilet beds not made trash cans full dirty towels. Second room couldn’t even get into. Finally after 1.5 hrs we got into a room. Everything the say they offer on line either is a lie or broken. A very unpleasant and disgusting experience.... read full comment
