Ace Hardware of Butler is a locally owned and operated store committed to being "the Helpful Place" in the community. This Ace Hardware store consistently impresses customers as an excellent, clean, and uncluttered store. For a relatively small store, it always seems to have the items needed for projects. The employees are friendly, helpful, and available to assist customers in finding what they are looking for, including comparing products. The service is personal and professional, with staff going out of their way to help. They offer a nice selection of items like Weber grills, provide easy pickup with loading help, and even offer free delivery. Customers highly recommend this store over the local big box stores.
I just posted about this place and it still asked me. They should be referred to as Ace hardware plus plus plus. First time in a hardware store by myself at 57. I was floored at just the amount of items they carry! And the polite carrying compassionate employees made me an Ace hardware shopper for the rest of my days
