The owner of this facility has a history of taking advantage of people by not honoring his products or return policy. He provides misleading information and upon time purchaser realizes the product is not as described he refuses to refund the money. Do not let this man take advantage of you or your family members!!!

This Ace Hardware store never fails to impress me. For a relatively small store (compared to the big box stores) they always have the items i need for my projects. So glad they decided to build in Butler PA

As always, we were greeted and ask how they could help,, They didn’t have something we wanted so we we assisted by the service desk by a young man named Dallas Juvor. Overpriced compared to everyone else. The place is in a dumpy barron mini mall and shouldn't have prices higher than the Wexford Ace considering the low income area. Go to Wexford Ace, the owners there are fantastic!

It's convenient, but it's gonna cost a little more for convenience than going to Home Depot. Most staff are eager to help you find what you are looking for. The selection is pretty good.

Went in for a shower head.. quick and easy right?! Nope, felt stalked by the employees and was filled around as if I were stealing , but don’t worry, when I paid for my item, they had to audacity to try to upsell me and sing me up for rewards, as after reading other reviews, I’m not the only one with this issue

Picked up a new grill from them. Easy to pickup and they helped load it into the truck. They offer free delivery but, wasn’t needed. If you’re looking for a Webber grill stop by, they have a nice selection to choose from.

I’m a general contractor and I’m always making runs for my crews and things I forgot.Ace is always a good in between place for when I don’t want to drive up to lowes and HD, but!!…….is accosting me every time I come in necessary? Just please, im begging you…..leave me alone! Haha I understand retail can be boring but please leave me out of your boredom! If I need help I will of course ask for help. The employees are are very nice for the most part! No complaints about anything at all other than the stalker staff lol

ACE Hardware, store #16732 (Greater Butler Mart) is an excellent store! Clean. Not cluttered. The employees are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this store over the local big box stores.
