“Its like a 4.5 , the recycle fee is kind of ridiculous, and because I was paying out of pocket they said they wouldn't charge me to come to me but tried anyways, the technician however corrected that , he called beforehand , the new windshield looks great and it was about 180$ cheaper than if I had to drive anywhere else like glassworks in ford city wanted almost 600$ my new windshield cost less than a 500$ insurance charge , and yes its cheaper to buy your own wipers so I did. (I was parked in the photo not driving head on lol) but it looks great no leaks .”

Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off.
All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car.
The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.”
