Nice bank with helpful employees. The downsides are that the drive-thrus are incredibly narrow, and the mac machines are very finicky about which features want to work and quite often take 5 attempts or more to get a check deposited (if you're lucky and it does finally accept it).

Nothing against this specific branch just citizens bank as a whole. 5+ years ago I would have said citizens is the best bank and recommended it to everyone. It has consistently gotten worse and worse over time then now i can honestly say this is a terrible bank. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Never bank with them!
