Even though it was my fault for accepting the check and sending the money to a scammer, the Nextier Personnel did everything possible within their power to protect my account from further fraudulent activity. They kept in close contact with me and try their best to investigate the Incident. I appreciate all of their efforts to keep my accounts safe.”

“I have only been apart of this bank for maybe 2 years now, and I love being apart of this bank, they have helped me more times then I can count when I moved into my first house, they helped me with whatever I needed with vehical loans, their staff is fantastic and super easy to work with, their website is a bit hard to manage until you get the hang of it. But calling their customer service line for anything they are always a huge help! Their fraud alert system is top notch. A guy named Aaron (I believe is now its spelt) even called me and wished me a happy birthday, which I have never had a bank or any service I have put money through do before. I absolutely recommend this bank to anyone who asks and I look forward to giving them more of my business through the years!”
“I took out a home finance loan at First common wealth I call it the Wal-Mart plaza. And my loan officer was Stephanie K. In today's day and age I want to deal with a neighborhood bank that I can sit across a desk and talk about my finically problems with. Not someone on the other side of the country or another country. Home town problems require hometown solutions. And when I think home town I think wholesome that Stephanie. That's who I want to discuss my private finically situations with. But at the same time as professional as they get. Also they beat my Morgage Company by 2% interest. So listen you need some help My advise is talk to Stephanie at Butler Crossing. 520 Butler Crossing.The whole team there is especially helpful and polite. Kelly Miller is extremely knowledgeable, helpfull. It's a great branch good people.”

“I was just so relieved with the way I was treated yesterday on the phone and today in person by Robert and the rest of the gang at Clearview Mall PNC branch at just about closing time on Friday, April 1st. I know what it's like to not be able to leave on time and I hate to cause others to stay late but the day didn't go as planned timewise with selling my car and things were coming close to the wire with the bank closing and trying to deposit the money from the sale of my car. Robert took time to give me sound advice the day before on what to do when selling a car on Craigslist and what to look out for. I've been a National City/PNC Bank customer for 17 years and I have to say this seems to be the most enthusiastic group I have encountered and further gave me confidence in working with PNC Bank.
