I’ve never been athletic, and have zero Cross Fit experience, but Ryan, Alicia, and the rest of the crew are amazingly supportive. They meet you where you are while also challenging you to be a better version of yourself. Not sure which has been more impactful for me, the physical strides or the mental ones.
