Alicia and Ryan are extremely welcoming and excellent coaches. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed but you walk away with a serious workout.

The variation of the workouts each day. Nearly always a full body workout but with targeted muscle groups. Pushing each of us to get stronger and improve mobility. I am stronger and more flexible now at 54 than I was in my 30’s (in fairness I was pretty lazy back then).

I’ve never been athletic, and have zero Cross Fit experience, but Ryan, Alicia, and the rest of the crew are amazingly supportive. They meet you where you are while also challenging you to be a better version of yourself. Not sure which has been more impactful for me, the physical strides or the mental ones.
