“Big thank you to Battery Warehouse!! My battery had died in my car. We didn't know it until 5pm on Friday as we were leaving. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have them test it and replace. The guy there said couldn't do it. He'd have to remove some panel to get the battery out and it would scratch the paint. I'd need to go to a dealership or Battery Warehouse. It was 5:40 when I called B.W. They close at 6. The guy there said no problem get here asap. After Advanced kindly jumped my car again, we headed down the hill. The guy (my apologies, my husband nor I got his name) at Battery Warehouse was very nice. He said the battery is actually in the back seat. Super easy to remove and install. We were there 15 minutes. He even took the time to explained to my husband how to help the battery keep its charge since I don't drive daily. We are so appreciative for him being so kind and not rushing us out or denying my call. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!”

“i bought a T-Mobile internet 5G internet router from addy i took it home and could not get it to work.took it back to the store they spent over an hour trying to get it to work with my older laptop.they had no success.they told me it was not the router the problem must be my laptop.at no time did they offer to return my money or make any other suggestions.when i asked for my money back they refused and said it was not their problem.i had armstrong wi-fi installed and i have no issues.i talked with someone from the main office and they stated it was up to addy to resolve the issue.his resolve was go ---- in your hat.........”
