“My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and adjustable base, we did research on line first and decided on The Original Mattress Factory and one other. When we arrived at The Original Mattress Factory we were pleasantly greeted by Mike, allowed to browse around and answered all our questions. We explained our wants in a new bed, he was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the mattresses, allowing us to lay and try the mattresses as long as we wanted without hovering over us but near enough to answer questions.We did not make a decision that day, Mike printed out what we talked about and gave his card saying if we had any questions to call him, no pressure, no “today only “ just thank you. we came back about a week later to order, they were very thorough making sure we got what we wanted, no up selling or pressure. Our mattress arrived about a week later, the delivery people were very courteous and professional, made sure where to set up, explained everything and removed all packing. We have had the bed about 3 weeks now and extremely happy, some of the best nights sleep. We would and have recommended The Original Mattress Factory to anyone”
“This is my favorite Target. Its never too crowded and the staff are so nice. The bathrooms are really clean too. No walk in Starbucks but the self serve stations and variety of other items there are worth it. Starbucks is also right down the road from it too. 10 out of 10.”
“My husband and I desperately needed a refrigerator, ours died and we were about to lose a lot of food. We went to all the big box stores in Butler. I.e Lowe's ( AWFUL EXPERIENCE) Home depot and rent a center ( waaay over priced) and we came here to Aaron's about out of hope and saw they had a pre-owned and ready to go room. The big boss was not in this day but a lovely woman named Willow was and she was AMAZING she did everything in her power to give us what we came for,even called her boss at home for us to get us a great deal on a pre owned Samsung refrigerator thats pretty much brand new at an amazing price! Her and her boss are awesome and we HIGHLY recommend this place!”
