He was busy but he came right away and helped me find a cat halter to fit my tiny dog. He was personable and helpful. He fitted her and I was impressed with Kyle. We bought it. I reported to whom I thought was the manager. Thank you Kyle for a pleasant experience for my two year old Bichon/Yorkie mix. Little dogs have a problem with collars and I needed to keep her healthy.”
