“I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I originally thought my phone needed a brand-new battery because it was constantly dying and getting extremely hot. I brought it in, and they gave me a quote and told me it would take about two hours to replace the battery.
When I came back, I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of replacing the battery and charging me for something I didn’t actually need, they were completely honest and explained that the issue was caused by too many apps running in the background. They fixed the problem, took the time to explain everything to me, and didn’t charge me a single penny.
In today’s world, it’s rare to find businesses that value honesty over making a quick sale, but that’s exactly what they did. My phone is now working perfectly, the overheating issue is gone, and the battery is performing much better.
