my family and I have dealt with this branch several times in past year and have received excellent service with personal banking needs and at the counter.

Counter person wasn't welcoming and acted like I was bothering her. They can take my $3 fee at their ATM, but when I asked if I may have (2) $10 bills as change for the $20 I just got from them, the teller told me I had to be a member and walked away.
