“Hate this bank but this branch is nice. At least it's open most days of the week like a regular bank should be, unlike the hardly ever open branch downtown.Drive through is usually quick here and the tellers always seem pleasant. If I have to make a monthly loan payment, this is where I might stop.”

“I have been a Belco member for nearly 10 years. Best experience I've ever had. I get my paycheck a day earlier than my coworkers, overall service is great, the Visa Rewards program is awesome, and the Safari Savings Club is great for the kids. Can't imagine ever banking anywhere else.”

“My go to close ATM I love the Credit unions over the. Regular banks! Especially when they have locations nearby! The great part of this is the fact that state and federal credit unions don't charge each other for use of their ATMs making for added savings and convenience”

“I have been with SVFCU for 35 years. This was the best decision to join when I had a chance. The employees have become friends and know me. When I had need for loans, SVFCU came through and saw "the person" which allowed me to keep on track. I have told so many people about the professional, dedicated group of people who work here and how they know their customers. This is the finest credit union I have ever had pleasure to be a member. In this day of lame customer service, that is not found here. So if you seek 'old school' care about you service, you will find it at Susquehanna Valley Federal.”

“Great community bank! As a new client, I have been impressed with the level of customer service and personal attention. Gone are the days of sitting on hold for an hour, never getting the same person, or being transferred around. I appreciate the ease of electronic banking and the option of in-person assistance. Sometimes you just want to drive there and talk to someone.”

“We were unknowingly misinformed by another branch that something that we needed done could be done fast and easy by a teller when this actually needed done by someone else due to needing several signatures. After first being told we needed to make an appointment, the branch manager overheard and stated if we were patient she could help us with what we needed. We were very appreciative that Heather took the time to help us and provided excellent service!”

“Convenient location near shopping makes this a regular stop for me with our company's business banking. One star off for low staffing (seemingly always) and occasional longer than normal wait times. Staff is always friendly and quick with transactions. However, when there's only one person working the counter and 5 customers come in, it's gonna be a bad time. Same with the drive-through, sometimes it's quick and sometimes the long lines take forever. Full service bank for all of your personal and business needs, FNB is a large corporation with many locations to serve you. Reasonable interest rates and banking fees are good. Long wait times, not so good. Good bank, probably just better to use the ATM sometimes.”
