I appreciated that they came out on a Sunday even though they are a 24 hr 7 day service going by there ad. I do feel they need to be more transparent on pricing. They did a good job. As well given me a idea for my next line of work. Thank you

I have an old Andersen sliding glass door with a missing key, and the original bypass lock style is obsolete. I thought I was out of luck since replacement wasn't an option. After taking the lock to Dutys, they were able to make two new keys for me in just one day! Their service was absolutely wonderful!
