“We lived up the road on old York rd until 2013. I would come visit while doing remodeling. So convenient and great employees. I am sure that hasn’t changed. I remember the owner being interviewed by one of the local TV stations one year after Walmart opened next door and one of his questions was “has your business been hurt by Walmart”? You replied and said that was the best thing for your business. I am sure that is still your answer several years later”

The middle aged woman who works there went out of her way to help me get the right items for my phone mount which was the reason why I visited this place. She even ended up fixing the part of the mount that I had been struggling with. Absolutely would recommend coming here:)”
“Wonderful local hardware that gives personalized service. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. You can buy just what you need. If you only need three screws, you can pull 3 screws from the drawer and buy them. You don't need to buy a whole pack if you don't need them. “Lots of different tools at lots of different price points. Highly recommend the icon tool line. They’ve lasted in a professional work environment. I’ve purchased a lot of hand tools, the 56in US generally tool box, a Vulcan welder and a lot more. The one and only time I needed to use a warranty it was quick and easy. “Neat place with lots to look at for anyone interested in woodworking. Prices are on the high end compared to Amazon but you can actually hold and touch the items before you buy. They do run sales that bring prices into the normal range and most of the items are quality. I recommend searching through the lumber bins sometimes you can find pieces with unique figuring and they're the same price as the normal stock.”

“Had a problem with a brand new dewalt mower I had bought less than a month ago. Talked with CC in customer service . While disappointed in the lack of help on getting the mower back I was happy with my conversation with her. She was professional and polite. It’s the policy that is bad and not her fault. After arriving back to the store Diane and Mike were amazing. Wonderful help from them . Diane knew her product and Mike was so helpful. Some very good employees. Too bad the policies aren’t as good.”
