Customer Service, Customer Service. I cannot stress that enough. If staff members are not interested in being polite to customers, then put the very best employees at the registers or on telephone duties. Employees should be eager to assist, exhibit politeness, and professionalism at all times.

Store and fitting rooms were messy. Only two employees but one (seemingly) randomly walked away at one point. Clearance racks were an even bigger mess lol

Clean and nice but not much of a selection for workout clothes or party wear.
