This place smells so horribly strong, everywhere, all the time. Its gross. I dont like it. Just not a great time for people who are sensitive to smells.

i’m giving this person 5 stars for an amazing job and i wish i could do more! Julie who was working in the men’s department was an awesome help. kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and outgoing. she helped us find a perfect suit for my boyfriend and was very friendly. if i lived closer i would come here on a weekly basis just for julie! macys you have yourself an amazing employee!

Does not seem like many people work there. You have to walk around and pray you find someone to help you. Say goodbye to the big box stores.

This is a very good store. They have lots of brands to choose from and they also always have some kind of offer on most of the items. If you have a Macy's card, even better. I would definitely visit here again and absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area

This store needs to either hire NEW associates or TRAIN them on how to do their jobs effectively! I arrived at the curbside spot to pick up my order and waited…and waited. Until I called the number located in my email telling the associate I was sitting here waiting for my order to be brought out. Her response, “ the store just opened give a THEM a few minutes’ When in reality the store was open for almost 10 minutes. I go inside and see TWO associates behind the counter, with NO customers in line. The associate who picked up the phone was standing there and there was only one customer. She should have said WE instead of THEM when she was on the phone but didnt want to be responsible....So I had to get out of my car because your LAZY AND SLOW associates couldn’t walk my order out? Isn’t that PART of their job? If they don’t want to do the job, then GET RID OF THEM!!! Or get rid of the curbside order pickup! I shouldn’t have to wait in my car for OVER 10 minutes! I have a job to get to where I get paid more then $12.00 an hour unlike your incompetent associates!
