Macy's is described as a good store with a first class selection of top fashion brands, offering lots of brands to choose from and always having some kind of offer on most items. Shoppers note good quality and friendly staff, leading to nice and easy shopping. The store is always clean and never dirty. It is seen as a place for middle age and older type of clothes, though you could find stuff for younger people, too. However, some customers report that it does not seem like many people work there, making it difficult to find help. There have also been issues with orders, where only part was received. Overall, many would definitely visit again and recommend it, viewing Macy's as one of the few big stores that is still around.

Great sales on the day we went. Not a big selection for young girls, but the sale section had many women items. staff very friendly

I will never understand how someone can buy a $50 shirt simply because of the brand name. I can't wait for these overpriced department stores to die off.
