“Some of the tellers were very nice others were ok. I went to get my passport and the lobby was packed. I wasn't sure what i needed to do so I waited for my turn to ask the needed questions. The paperwork was right there, no clipboard or anything to help fill out the paperwork MUST BE IN BLACK INK. Well I walked my happy body as far away from the lobby to find some quiet place to fill out paperwork. All the way to the back of the post office leaning on a high table. I made a few mistakes so I had to refill out the paperwork. There were a few people waiting ahead of me. I waited on the window seal still no seating. At my appointment time I went back up to the window to let them know I was there and ready for my photo and such.
That lady was very very kind.”

“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”

“As far as a customer service experience at a front counter goes, this postage stamp of a post office has as much or more going for it than the big-city post offices in Mechanicsburg and Carlisle. 😉 I get it that it's 'apples and oranges,' but at the front counter the assistance, attitude and 'going beyond' cannot be beat!!!
Think of all the times you've needed some extra help, whether it be tape, filling out a form, a marking pen, getting a form, getting a box, asking for any sort of information or assistance; think of all the times you were told to maybe do it yourself or go home and fix it and come back. You will not experience this sort of thing at this GEM of a facility sited inside an unassuming fuel station.”

“Just had excellent customer service. I had an Amazon package waiting for pickup. The young lady called the carrier to see if it was on his truck. It turned out that it was put in the wrong bin. She could have gave me a number of excuses and had me come back, but she made sure I got my package instead.”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

Clerk 9, the Egyptian fellow everyone seems to have a problem with, is especially helpful when I come in with an armful of packages and a mix of printed labels and QR codes. He double checks that the right things are getting their proper labels, which I appreciate.”

“One of the better looking post offices I’ve ever been to. When I entered, the two women clerk were on their phones however I was able to get their attention and drop off. I could tell I was going to be hustled here,so I took my time and slowed them down.”
