“Rob Hamilton was the choice to sell my mother’s house. His first meeting with my sister and me included a look around the house, garage and shed. Then we discussed what action to take from that point. He did extensive research regarding the value of the property and met with me and my sister again.
We made the decision to list the house and in 4 days the SOLD sign was up!
Rob kept in constant contact with my sister and me up to and including settlement day. In all, there were 15 appointments made for showings immediately after the house was listed. Half of them had to be canceled because we received 4 offers on the house within 3 days of the house being posted.
