“The office administrator is very sweet, fair, and great at communicating with her clients. The prices are fair and auto pay makes for a very simple payment process. I only took away one star because one of my units had a little moisture problem. This is to be expected since we had such a wet spring in our area. In the future I would just add a box of baking soda to the unit or one of those damp-rid buckets from the hardware store.”

“As a first time customer, CubeSmart made it incredibly easy to gain entry to the site and locate one’s storage unit. They made it feel very welcoming as they had placed a small brown bag in my storage unit that contained an informational pamphlet that provided answers to any question that I could imagine, a contact info card and the brand new padlock for my storage unit. The lock itself was in one of those impossible to open clamshell plastic packages — it opened with ease as they had already cut off the one side of the package. (Applause!)”
