“Great service and welcoming environment. I had to take quite a bit of a drive to make it to this destination but they were the only ones nearby that had shoes I was looking for. When I made it to the destination the sales clerk was very helpful and even made a few trips to the back as I kept asking about shoes in my size. Despite being sent back and forth a few times they never made me feel like a bother and I will definitely make this drive again in the future.”
“I had an amazing experience with Rosie at Shoefly/Appalachian Running Company. I went in knowing I needed new sneakers, and took an insert I had just purchased from my podiatrist. I had been a devotee of one brand, but I told her I had an open mind. She had me stand on the Aetrex machine to identify pressure points and foot structure. She provided a good explanation of my issues and brought me several different brands to try. She took the time to let me try the shoes on with the insert I took, with an Aetrex insert, and without any insert. I had plenty of time to walk around the store to try these different options and at no time did I feel pressured to buy a specific shoe or a new insert. My comfort was Rosie’s only concern. We hit on the perfect combination of my insert with a different brand of sneaker. Such great service! Thank you, Rosie!”

“Shout out to the woman working the checkout/doing everything else yesterday between 3-5pm. The store was a mess from rude customers just throwing things places, she was very busy and probably had been dealing with demanding people all day but she was the nicest person and was the reason a man (another customer) wasn’t able to successfully steal my sons school shoes we had just bought at Dick’s. Someone grabbed our bag next to us while we were looking at other shoes thinking it was left there, they took them up to her at the checkout and a random man went up and tried to claim em just before we went up to get them. She knew something wasn’t right so she asked him to confirm the size and he couldn’t so she didn’t give them to him. I wish I caught her name, but I genuinely appreciate her so much for looking out.??”
