“Came to Hot Topic for the first time when I was roaming the mall with a friend. Loved picking out pin-back buttons for my jean vest! The store employees were extremely nice and helpful— A+ on customer service here. Wide selection of anime merch, pop culture curios, and goth/band wear- the emo in me loves all of it.
The one thing I don’t really care for about Hot Topic is recent stocking of occult/witchy items. Really, this is more of an issue I have with Hot Topic corporate than any individual store, but I’d rather see store space used for additional band/metal shirts, accessories, or pop culture items— Hot Topic is an edgy emo store, not the local mystical/occult curio shop, and Hot Topic’s recent occult theme branding has made me less inclined to shop there. Bring back the metal/grunge core gear, get rid of the zodiac/witchy items. But that’s just my two cents.”
“I always go in there just to look and I caught my eye on a belt buckle I wanted so bad and I went down hoping it would still be there and it was and the lady I bought it from at store made me very happy I will be going back again”
“When I have to go in, I’m always greeted and shown attention to my needs and wants. If I have something specific, the staff know what inventory they have and what they offer online. I love when i go in to shop and Karen is there. She’s always so happy and helpful! She knows exactly what her product is like and gives great suggestions.”

“I love this store. It has become my go to store for clothing. I bought the most comfortable jeans that I've ever worn from here. I even bought my G-Shock watch at Buckle. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dayanne is amazing. She's really helped me to figure out my style. She even offered to bring out clothes from back-stock. Big shout out to Dayanne!”

“Great selection of clothes and sizes. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Easy to make returns from online purchases. I buy a lot of shirts from here because I like the style and they actually fit me. They are also very soft. This store is expensive, but I put that fact aside knowing I can find clothes that fit me.”

“The Plum West ladies here know how to style you for any occasion. The Plum West has been my go-to boutique for 30 years, especially for my annual Black tie event. Not just gowns but everyday excellent quality chic pieces.
The ladies have helped me understand the style of gown that best suits my body and style. Teri Jon gowns with timeless classic designs have served me well. The shop employs a full-time sewist, and I always need tailoring to tweak the length or something for a better fit.
I don't consider myself a basic girl, and the Plum Westt offers superb style and service.”

“The more I go to shopping malls the more I miss the community feeling of the shopping malls! Victoria's Secret is still one of the most well put together stores in existence! When you walk into a Victoria's Secret store what immediately comes to mind is wow! Whoever designed these stores really put a lot of thought into the concept of what draws people into a place to shop! The modern esthetic of every location simply makes you enjoy your entire experience of shopping! The huge selection of fragrance is astonishing. I had no idea that Victoria's Secret had so many great smelling fragrances until I went there after all of these years of not going to the mall. Victoria's Secret located at the York Galleria Mall—still open! Victoria's Secret location in the Capital City Mall—still open! Both are still amazing places to shop! Excellent!”
