A second phlebotomist came in right away to chat with her and distract her, while the other did the blood test. They were so kind and encouraging and as we were leaving, other phlebotomists from other rooms and the hallway were cheering her on. I’m so glad I chose this location!”

“I have been coming to the Mt. Lebanon location for quite some time. My most recent visit was so great. I typically pass out when I get bloodwork done and am always nervous for my appointment. The phlebotomist, Darlene, was so incredibly kind and patient. She made sure I was laying down, talked me through everything, and checked that I felt okay before leaving. It was not rushed and I didn’t feel like a burden at all. Excellent experience!!”
