“I have received superior care at both the Canton & Troy Branches. The manager Kim Bailey makes all the difference - professional, kind & helpful. Checking is free. I got a checkbook in 3 days & Mastercard in 5! Compared to C&N poor Customer Service, it is by far the more superior bank! Maryllis Hughes”

“First Citizens has friendly staff that greets me by name. They have been trustworthy, pleasant, patient, and reliable for years. It seems like that's what anyone would want in a bank. It's also nice having real people I can talk to about business ideas instead of waiting on hold for hours to talk to someone I've never met. Thanks for all you do for our local community!”
