“I went to home Depot and search of a few things but among them was polyurethane. there was a friendly looking woman working in the aisle who I approached, expecting only mild knowledge of where I could find the polyurethane. much to my surprise, the employee, Jordan, had a HUGE amount of experience in woodworking and in, you guessed it, Polyurethane. Even though I interrupted her, she was very welcoming, very friendly, obviously very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. this place is lucky to have an employee like her. she deserves any and all of the accolades there are, or might be, for customer service.”

“I’ve seen mixed reviews on this place, potentially from issues with previous counter personnel, I’ve used this supply house multiple times over the past few months and have never had any issues. David has taken care of any of my requests with the utmost professionalism.”
