I spoke with salesperson at the time of purchase, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I was able to choose a delivery day that worked well for my schedule, and the delivery team was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable.

We try to support small businesses when possible, even if it sometimes comes at a higher cost. In this case, the washer (including delivery/installation/removal) was actually less expensive at Music & Video Express than at the big-box store down the road.

We had a great experience from start to finish and highly recommend them. We will be returning for future appliance needs.”

“Went to Home Depot two times today and recieved help from a new employee Justin . He wasn’t from the bath shop and took the time to show me surround tub and shower items which made me confused from the start . He was happy to help even though he didn’t have knowledge in that department. I did speak to the manager about his kindness and helpfulness and told him to hang on to this new guy because he rocks ?
Came back and had to purchased a gas dryer vent hose combination and was helped by Mitch . He was dressed like a manger and walked with me over to that area showing me exactly where items were . I appreciate the professionalism from both employees and hope they are around for a long time! Everyone employee needs to take this as an opportunity example of good courtesy and customer service!”
