11/5/25 Called to have my vehicle towed and was transferred and then given the run around. Couldn't tell you how many bad experiences ive had with these people. Called to get reimbursed for them not towing my vehicle and still haven't heard anything.
Edit- they reimbursed me for my towing.

We bought a motorhome out of state. The dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong state agency where it sat for 90 days. The entire mess was returned to us. With the help of her manager and several co-workers, McKenzie Young helped us sort the mess out. Thanks McKenzie and the entire staff.

So sad to find out that the Bonus Book has stopped publishing its yearly coupon savings publication. It ended apparently around 2020. I had been getting it for over 20 yrs.
