On entering the store we were immediately greeted and helped by Phill. He knew his supply, his equipment and plans. He was nonjudgmental and courteous. We were in and out in under a half hour. I highly recommend the store and Phill at 40 Noble Boulevard.

Our experience with Phill was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and informative. We were greeted immediately by his coworker. We purchased a phone and setup took less than 1/2 hour. One of the best experience we have had.

My wife and I got new iPhones the other day at the Carlisle store. The techs, Ishmael and Phil, were both fantastic! We couldn't believe how kind, skillful, and quick they were. Wow! And they never ever made us feel like "dumb old people," even though we are indeed old people.
