Todd is truly an exceptional salesman — professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me understand all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed.
What I appreciated most was how honest and friendly he was throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, no rushing, and he made everything simple and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare, and Todd definitely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.”

Bryan, was the man who helped me he was so patient with me, I had to have a new phone Esim done and he was wonderful he showed me all I had to do and he helped understand it all, which I love my new phone. The greatest thing he told me about the new home Internet for where I live. I was able to combine cell & home Internet. I can't wait till I get it. I've been with y'all for 11+ yrs. “Derek was a HUGE help!! I finally decided to switch both my mobile and wifi carriers after 25+ years with each. He was very patient with all my questions and also very thorough with notating services and costs for my future reference. He assisted with setting up my new phone and wifi to the point I left with ZERO questions. I was also able to set the wifi up at home without any issues, his help allowed the entire transition process to go very smoothly.
I highly recommend T-Mobile services, along with their prices. I also praise Derek for helping an older person who is a big creature of habit to try something new!”
