“Called about having the rear glass in my truck cap replaced. I received a return phone call in minutes. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and professional. While he explained that they don't really deal with that sort of thing, that they are fairly easy to do yourself and explained the process to me and even told me the best place nearby to get material. When I told him I would be tinting the vehicle soon and my intention was to replace the nearly 30 year old scratched plexi or polycarbonate material before doing so, he informed me that he did keep smoked polycarbonate on hand and that if I could disassemble the old frame and bring in the old material he could cut new material to shape for me.Even though my request was not something he was interested in taking on, Mr. Gordon was kind, polite, and professional!
