Employees were very nice and excellent with dealing with complications regarding insurance policies. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and went out of their way to help provide me with a rental. The car was very nice and drove well

We didn't end up getting a vehicle here due to our own mistake. But the service folks were really nice. I wish they would have helped us contact other enterprise locations to help accommodate us instead of telling us to just call ourselves. But that could have been a policy issue.
