We honestly had a great experience with this rental place. Hertz customer service was difficult with the oil change we had to do but the rental place helped us get our money back for it. We accidentally went through 2 tolls so I’m not sure how to deal with that so I’m hoping it goes smoothy.

Everything is good but on toll charge of $1.50 they charge $10 fee is bad!
