“I usually stick to my local store, but I was in a rush driving back from Harrisburg and decided to pull into this Lowe’s in Carlisle. I am so glad I did!
​From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-organized the entire layout was.

Even though it was my first time at this specific location, I found everything I needed in record time.
​The staff here is truly top-tier. One employee proactively walked right up to me to see if I needed a hand, and another associate was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the exact door trim I was looking for. Their knowledge of the aisles saved me a ton of time during a busy day.

​If you’re looking for a store that’s tidy, easy to navigate, and staffed by people who actually care about helping you get in and out quickly, this is the place. I’ll definitely be stopping by this location again!”

“Went to the Carlisle Location and I asked an associate in the plumping department about small hose / tubing and he said he didn't know. Seconds later I went and found it myself. So don't ask the short older gray haired associate in plumbing he was of no assistance at all didn't even try.”

We brought a small propane tank to be filled for the FIRST time. When we went in to ask where to go the young girl SCREAMED at us. I mean— screamed like we brought a bomb in ready to explode! You can’t bring that tank in here ! What are you thinking? Then very sarcastically and waving her arms to the outside said: you have to out AND AROUND to the garden center. I laughed because it’s the first time in awhile my husband was stumped and couldn’t speak! ?. I tried to laugh it off but she would have none of it! I dont think she was trying to be rude— just a young lady who is one who needs clear concise directions and maybe a job coach to initially train her on how to handle customers in situations like this. Can someone take the time to train this young lady properly for the next Customer? For us, Even though I got a great laugh and didn’t really mind, I think we’ll go into the Dillsburg store from now on for propane! LOL.”
