They delay my packages, they keep damaging my parts, and they are steeling my rockauto magnets. Ups says too bad, we don't care.

received package from middletown (should have been delivered from there given delivery addresses proximity) early in the AM and then sat on it instead of delivering it as scheduled. i will NEVER choose the UPS option ever again when others are available. sick and tired of their shitty service.

This location must have a lot of scammers working for them. I’ve ordered a package 2 week ago from today and still haven’t received it! When I call UPS they give me a run around process with no answers on where my package is!!, they must have a lot of ppl stealing packages at this location. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
