“I've never had a bad experience there. It's a bit messy, and old. You can still get all the things you need. I went there for paint supplies. They had most of what I needed. They sell food and clothes and kitchen utensils. They sell cell phones and cheap electronics. It's your typical convenience store.”
“Awesome store kept clean but I hope they do keep their toy isle more nice organized with put their clearance items on a nice shelf but Jocelyn always makes me feel happy and comfortable with very friendly helpful and she always makes my heart feel incredible with I do plan onto doing a painting design of her favorite thing for her from me as a good customer”

But, I looked at the reviews for this particular location to make sure I'd be going to one that is usually well stocked (it was for the most part), but the reviews about the cashiers were kinda horrendous. I got here, and of course, so close to Christmas, stock was low and it was busy, but the cashiers...we're SO LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND POLITE. I didn't get their names, but it was the folks with alt-style (like myself), and they had positive attitudes when really, for $12/hr in this economy, all I'd muster is a 'Howyadoin,' but they chatted customers up and were just so pleasant. Idk, I just felt like they should get a shout out for probably just being their typical sweet selves. Which is honestly rare out here these days. It was nice to see folks of different kinds treating each other well and with the regular respect we all deserve. And, that's my Dollar Tree on Banksville review!”

“Me and my friend came to this dollar tree to buy some silly spring and we bought some. We bought 15 silly strings and we were six cents short in a very kind worker gave us the six cents. I forget her name but just to make sure I request every single worker at this dollar tree gets a 50% raise thank you”
“This is not only the cleanest and most organized FD store around me and there are a bunch. The ladies move and stock inventory in a timely fashion and make sure you can walk thru aisles and find just what you need.”
“Very nice location but everytime when I do come here their toy isle is a complete mess with every item on the floor not on the shelves with broken boxes which needs to be cleaned and straightened out with also some of their lights are broken so needs to be fixed”
“I just wanted to comment on the cashier’s attitude tonight. I unfortunately forgot to catch his name on his name tag, but there were a couple of folks in line in front of me. He seemed to be new due to the manager having to help him with a gift card purchase. He had such a driven and positive attitude. I hope this reaches him so he knows just his smile and infectious vibe made my night after a long work shift of mine. Keep up the amazing work my dude!”
“I enjoy going to this store during the day when the employees are nicer. It only gets 4 stars because During the evenings, there’s a cashier named holly who has dark hair and glasses who stands up front and gives everyone dirty looks or gives people a hard time when she’s ringing people out. Save yourself and go to the self checkout so it won’t be an inconvenience for any worker there. It’s a hit or a miss with employees there, but the misery level needs to be separated from the work life. I like the prices for stuff there otherwise.”

“Store has most everything that is needed for quick shopping trip. Staff always helpful, and congenial. Store is a little small for the immediate area, doesn't have the square footage that it needs to be effective. Sister stores are within 3 miles, however they are not always convenient time wise if it is close to the 9:00P.M. closing time.Prices continue to be higher than the market conditions should dictate, I have conducted a Department of Commerce survey using their procedures, and Dollar General needs to apply more pressure on it's vendors wholesale prices, and make a clear reduction to Dollar General retail prices, very soon!!!! My Survey hits the Net very soon!!!! Get Busy Dollar General!”

“This dollar tree has really shaped up in the past year! It is SO much cleaner and well- organized! If you have gone in the past and had some trouble finding things, it is not like that anymore- which is awesome! They do a really good job!
I come here multiple times a week, lol, because I just really love dollar tree. I honestly go here before any other store, to buy my necessities at a much cheaper price and then I fill in what I cant find elsewhere.

“Dollar Tree sells hygiene products, cleaning products, office supplies, foods, beverages, dinnerware, home decor, toys, pet supplies, holiday decorations, and many others. Products never cost more than $1.25. I stopped in this store to buy mostly hygiene products and snacks as well as some other things. The store could be a little cleaner and tidier. The cashier made friendly conversation.”
“Hello. I just thought I would drop by and leave a comment. First off no smell. I come into this store when I'm in the area. And sometimes make special trips. I live in Stanton Heights. I don't know any employees personally but the ones in this store are very welcoming. And having to ring a bell means someone is on the floor doing their job. At least they are not sitting behind the counter on their cell phone. I was in the store today and noticed new plantagrams going up. That means new items coming out. Don't let any of these cry baby's comments under me. Fool you. This is Grrreat store. See y'all soon. ?”

“I would like to take a moment to shoutout Linda for taking the time and patience to help me today while shopping today in DG. Although she was dealing with a great deal of work and customers she was kind and prompt to all my needs in a professional manner. She made my day better by make me feel like a person. I was lost due to the upgrades of the store over the past 6 months things are not how they use to be and it was difficult locating items I once knew exactly where they were stock. DG should be grateful for a hard working woman like LINDS and know she is someone I would love to see in more DGs in the near area. “Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”

“I actually like this store it's very convenient and everything location put the sad part and unfortunately it seems the Dollar tree in Crafton has more selection and cheaper selections than the Dollar general for some odd reason their fridges are broke their freezers are broke at the Dollar general the prices are more than Dollar tree and they have less stuff than the Dollar tree unfortunately and it seems the only time that the women that work at the Dollar general we're always in a rush to close early and other than that I feel that all the workers at the Dollar general are underpaid specially for everything they have to do and deal with the same with the Dollar tree because I've work at Dollar tree in the past and they're definitely under paid for all the BS they deal with”

“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there.We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. “This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”

“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within 10 minutes from me and this one is my second favorite, probably because it's still a newer one. Its more stocked than some others but not as stocked as the Baldwin one. They also tend to close at random times like other Dollar Generals which can be annoying”
