I have been looking to get a ring for myself for about a year and a half, and finally decided to go in person after searching fruitlessly online. Went to another local family owned and operated store first, and was unimpressed with both the selection and staff behavior. Was completely blown away by the difference between there and Urbanowicz. While the other store's jeweler seemed judgemental of my decision to buy a ring for me, the woman who assisted me and my mother was super supportive and very sweet! Waited on us very patiently even though we came in about 15 minutes before they closed for the holiday at 2 o'clock. Didn't feel rushed at all. Only came in intending to peruse my options, and very quickly decided to purchase a stunning citrine ring for a very reasonable price because of how impressed I was. Felt truly supported and valued here. Will be a customer for life and have already talked to my friends about this place. Wonderful selection, staff, and atmosphere.
