“I ordered a ring from Casa d’Oro but did not specify the size. When I discovered it was too small I called Casa d’Oro and spoke with Paula. I provided her the size needed, and she ordered me a new ring. Once she received it, she overnighted it to me free of charge and even included a prepaid shipping label to return the small ring. Paula communicated with me throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.”
“Had a simple morganite beaded bracelet that broke recently and wanted to get it restrung with a clasp. Went to a few other places first that either felt off or were insanely expensive. Caesar gave me a great price and treated the simple project with respect. And he had time to complete it that same day! “What a great and friendly group of people! I'm 63, and have wanted a Prince Albert piercing for over 40 years. Lots of homework, and HRPC stood out. Clean, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff, made my experience great. Tanner was my piercer, and Cade was observing the procedure. Both guys put me at ease immediately, explained EVERYTHING at each step, and the piercing part was over in a second. Couldn't have went better. I highly recommend these two, and the shop overall. Nancy at the Robinson location has helped me twice, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s obvious that she truly loves what she does.
During my first visit, she actually brought me to happy tears with her compassion and care. Then, on my second visit, she completely made my week.
