I worked with Sarah, who is a gem! She measured and created my kitchen layout and was spot-on with recommendations regarding placement of particular cabinets and the corner sink I ultimately chose. Sarah ALWAYS responded to my emails/questions and in a timely manner as well as notifying me when she placed orders and when approximate delivery times would be. They even carry hard to find things like Dextrose, used in poultry brining, and stock in array of supplies such as natural sausage casing, Collagen, and sausage presses. Last trip I even bought a butter churn!”

“I shop at different Ollie locations, and this one is fine, but I have been to nicer ones. It's a little outdated and would benefit from a remodeling, as it can feel a little claustrophobic. Somel aisles are tight and can be difficult to maneuver in places and a little dark. Overall, it is still a solid 4 stars for a convenient location, friendly staff, and you can find some good deals.”

“My fiancé and I had a great experience dealing with the Manager, Taylor, and another brunette sales associate, whom I forget her name. Overall the store is great from the selections to the sales associates. We had a few items to return from our wedding registry and Taylor and the other associate assisted us.- 10/10 for customer service and patience with our returns!While customer service was great, I’d give a -10/10 for their return policy. First of all, we were returning gifts from our registry and what a pain that was. I now have 3 e-Gift cards in my email because they don’t give you a plastic card, and return every item individually. Something to also keep in mind is that you NEED A RECEIPT. A lot of friends/family bought items additionally not from our registry and didn’t provide a receipt and Williams-Sonoma won’t return it without one, even with the tags on. That’s an issue for corporate though but something to keep in mind when shopping for a gift from there.Although they have one of the worst return policies, Taylor and the other associate were so kind and patient and helped us with our registry. Very thankful they took the time to assist us!”

“Jim came out for a quick fix to our gas fireplace and gave it a good cleaning while he was here! He even fixed the wall switch which hasn’t worked in years because it was wired incorrectly. Jim assured me that our unit was safe and would last for years. If any malfunction occurred, parts were readily available. A competing, local business wouldn’t even come out to look at our unit …claiming our unit was too old and no parts would be available. Their loss of business and reputation! I’ll only call on Ed’s Woodshed for future needs. Highly recommend!”

“Hard not to love IKEA! Great products as far as ease of purchasing and assembling. Love the cafe, the Swedish meatballs and the veggies cakes are my favorites. I highly recommend stopping by their little marketplace to shop for foods before you leave, you can buy their cafe food frozen and other foods from Sweden and other countries in their little market by the checkout. They also have an as-is area which is really affordable and the marks or scuffs can usually be cleaned or are not really visible very well. Everyone is always very helpful in the store. The layout is great to be able to see sizes of items. Their website has a feature to be able to place things in a room. Click and collect for online order is really nice. They help you load things into your car.”

“I was here recently to pick up some put-it-together-yourself items. I ordered online for pickup. The app isn't the best, has a few bugs, but I was able to get through eventually and place my order. From there it was all smooth sailing. There are designated parking spaces for pick up. Or as they call it: Click & Collect. I parked, and clicked the "Check-in" link in the order-is-ready e-mail. Within a couple moments, a person comes out of the building pulling a cart with my stuff on it. She even helped me get it into the back of my suv. I was on my way within 5 minutes of arriving! Great experience!”
“Every single person we have interacted with at Patete has been wonderful; from working with the designer Taylor, to Wayne and every person who did work on our kitchen. Everyone is so friendly and just down to earth. All the workers were very pleasant and kind towards my young children who enjoyed watching them which isn't a requirement but very much appreciated.They were all very clean and respectful. It's been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.”
