“First, I like Daniel’s for the nostalgia. My father in law first brought me here in 1971. Really though, they are great for appliances. Their prices are competitive, the people are helpful, but most importantly, the delivery people work for them, not a sub-contractor. If you’ve ever had delivery issues with a big box store you know how important that is. I’m not saying you’ll never have a problem, but if you’ve ever do you call the store and don’t get shuttled from number to number trying to get your problem resolved.”
“This has become my go-to record store in the Pittsburgh area. The staff is incredibly helpful in fielding all questions. They are very informative, and will not make you feel stupid for asking for help. The selection is great, and the prices are incredibly low compared to other establishments in the area. That also includes online retailers like Amazon. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this place if you are looking for vinyl or other similar products.”

“Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”

“I have worked and managed in the customer service/customer experience space for almost three decades. My visit to T Mobile yesterday, where I was so ably helped by Darren W, was without a doubt one of the best customer service interaction I have ever had. I had put off upgrading my I phone for some time. I also wanted the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Because of the horrible storm this past Friday night, we had no power. I thought it might be a good time to get an I pad that didn’t rely on WIFI.
I apologized to Darren when he introduced himself — this was going to be a complicated order, and I needed to ask a huge favor. We had been without power for more than 18 hours. Would it be possible for the phone, watch, and I Pad to be fully charged? He smiled and said it was no problem, that he would be happy to. He spent considerable time with me going through my accessory options. Every screen protector was perfectly installed. (Unlike when I do them!).
Darren, and all of the people working on Saturday, some who also had no power, were so incredibly helpful and kind to everyone in the store. I am grateful to Darren. He represents T Mobile with distinction and provided the finest customer experience.”

“Let me start off by saying that this place is iconic and has been a staple of the McKee's Rock's area for as long as I can remember. They have a great selection of guitars which is what I was looking to purchase for my boyfriend at the time. The guys working there are all knowledgeable and are more than happy to help. I ended up getting a dobro that was exactly what I was looking for. The parking can be a bit tricky in the front however there is more parking around back.”

“I stopped by the GME GameStop at South Hills Village Mall, and honestly, it was a great experience. The store is well-organized and has everything you’d expect—games, consoles, collectibles, all of it. The staff were super helpful, too. I asked about a game I couldn’t remember the name of, just described it as ‘something with dragons,’ and they immediately knew what I meant and even gave me a couple of suggestions.

“I just got another car tinted (15% ceramic all around - 35% ceramic on the windshield). This has to be one of, if not the best shop I've been to when it comes to quality service and taking ownership of their products.
Mark was and has always been very professional and welcoming throughout every appointment I've had with them (I've had 5 cars tinted by Auto Addictions - all done perfectly every time).
They acknowledge and understand that sometimes the cars they're working on aren't just cars; they're peoples' pride and joy, so they take protective precautions prior to any service they perform, ensuring no harm is done to the vehicle.
