“Our vehicle was sent to Biter's for repairs after a collision. It was our first time dealing with repairs through insurance and all the hassle that comes along with that. The staff here was amazing. April, the secretary explained things to me that the insurance company left me confused about. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they handled all the extra work. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my million questions without any issue. Her communication is top tier, she called me right back if she ever missed a phone call from me, even when I didn't leave a voicemail! I got to meet Todd when I dropped off payment and he was exceptionally kind and even made sure to remind me to have my children's carseats replaced. He did a superior job with the repairs, and they even cleaned the interior that had coffee splattered everywhere from the collision. The vehicle looks brand new again, inside and out! My family is rather new to the area so we are happy to have found a quality business we can use for future repairs if needed.”

“Fayette Napa is one of the best companies to work for they do awesome training. The corporate Napa has well trained sales reps who visits many stores to train employees and garages about the products how they are made and how they work to insure they are getting Quality information to support their business needs. Mangers and long term employees take their time working with new employees for the system can be difficult to use at times but overall is not to hard to get onto but it does take awhile to get to know and understand the whole system there is so much to learn and you can’t do it over night. They have jobs for every skill level can’t seem to get the computer system down they will give you different things to do till you can learn it so they don’t overwhelm you till you want to quit. Not everyone learns the same way.”
