“Broke down at Sheetz (next to Auto Zone) on the way home from Pittsburgh. So I walked over to see if they could check my battery. A gentleman named Thomas said absolutely so he walked over to my car. He checked and then jumped my car and told me to drive over. He wanted to run it on a different machine. While he did this we small talked about our families. He ensured me that everything would be fine. He also gave me a print out to give to my mechanic.
I cant say that I didnt shed some tears as I was overwhelmed by the mere kindness, concern, and customer service that he gave me. When I left he said dont worry if you have any questions or need anything at all im here until 9pm.
