East Penn Self Storage: Center Valley
5050 PA-309, Center Valley PA 18034
“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”

Penske Truck Rental
1702 Hoover Ave, Allentown PA 18109
“I needed to move one-way across states, and I really wanted a cargo van as opposed to a box truck. UHaul of Bethlehem has a policy that they will not allow cargo vans on one-way moves, so my only option there was a Box Truck. I called Penske of Allentown on Hoover Ave and spoke to Ryan. Not only was he able to assure me that Penske would try its best to secure a cargo van for me, but he was even able to offer me a price that was extremely competitive with UHaul's. Together, that easily convinced me to switch from UHaul to Penske, and I have absolutely no regrets! The van I received was in perfect condition and was extremely easy to drive. It made my entire move a breeze. Thank you very much to Ryan and to Penske on Hoover Ave!”

Penske Truck Rental
4581 Falmer Dr, Bethlehem PA 18020
“What's to say. It's a truck stop. Diesel fuel is cheaper than Jutland & T&A, but not cheaper than the local fuel stations. I guess because it's a truck stop.”

Budget Truck Rental
126 State Ave, Emmaus PA 18049
“I rented a van from this location to move my daughter from Pennsylvania to Palo Alto, California. Given the length of the trip, I shopped around very carefully, and “tried out” several different vans for comfort. Penske and UHaul didn’t come close to the van from Budget in terms of comfort and cost. The van was very comfortable (I have extremely short legs - am only 5 feet “tall” - so I needed to try out the vehicles prior to reserving), had an excellent built in navigation system, got better gas mileage than expected (19 mpg with a full van), had plenty of room up front for our stuff, and even had cruise control! As good as the van (we named her Vanessa) was, Lisa at Budget was even better. She explained everything to me when I was just shopping around, and let me sit in and try out a van. She clearly explained the return process and what we’d have to do in California. (For what it’s worth, the return folks at Budget in Mountain View were excellent as well.) In any case, I did the shopping around so you don’t have to - for a lengthy move, use Budget in Emmaus! It was excellent. (Oh, and UHaul doesn’t even do one-way van rentals anyway.) I am not affiliated with Budget or Lisa in anyway and don’t really write online reviews. But the rental experience was so good I felt I needed to write this. Thank you Lisa! ?”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1 Main St, Hellertown PA 18055
“This location was a great help. I got a call from U-Haul on the Friday before I was scheduled to pick up the truck at the original location in Emmaus, PA. I was told there was no truck there and had to go to Whitehall location, 14 miles out of the way. Got there and was told the truck wasn't here and offered a 20' truck and proceeded to send me to a location down the street in center city Allentown. Then was told that truck was not available so had to go to Hellertown where they did have a 26' truck I needed. All of this caused 2 wasted hours of moving time and my help waiting around for me to arrive. I will probably consider another rental company if I need another truck.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1090 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall PA 18052
“I rented a trailer from this location last week and they were extremely helpful. After getting the trailer hooked up it became apparent that there was an electrical issue since the lights would not work. Wayel in particular was very helpful in solving the problem. He was patient and took his time explaining to me and showing me what he was doing and what the issue was. I had two small children with me and they were accommodating and made the whole experience a easy as possible when it could have been quite a nightmare. I recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!”
